Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for production planning and inventory control? Ega Wayang Garmindo is seeking a motivated PPIC Staff to join our manufacturing team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our production processes run smoothly by balancing supply and demand, managing material requirements, and optimizing inventory levels.

You will collaborate closely with procurement, production floor teams, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely arrival of materials required for production.
- Analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production status and inventory movement.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations within the production planning cycle.
- Facilitate effective communication between production, warehouse, and sales departments to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in PPIC or Production Planning within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, lead times, and inventory turnover ratios.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and basic English proficiency.
- Willing to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
