Join John's Glove Factory, a cornerstone in the manufacturing industry with over 32 years of excellence in producing high-quality gloves. We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive PPIC Staff to join our production planning and inventory control team at our Ngaliyan facility. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our production targets are met efficiently, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and synchronizing workflows to meet international demand.
As a PPIC Staff, you will act as the heartbeat of our factory operations. You will be responsible for translating customer orders into actionable production schedules, managing raw material procurement, and ensuring that our manufacturing floor operates with minimal downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain precise production schedules based on current sales demand and warehouse capacity.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and initiate procurement requests to prevent stock-outs.
- Coordinate closely with the production floor supervisors to address bottlenecks and adjust schedules in real-time.
- Analyze production lead times and optimize work-in-progress (WIP) stages to increase efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports on production output, material usage, and stock status.
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods to domestic and international clients.
- Implement inventory control best practices to minimize waste and reduce overhead costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and experience with ERP/MRP software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast production requirements accurately.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to bridge the gap between sales and production teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in Ngaliyan, Jawa Tengah.
