Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules based on sales orders and inventory availability.
- Monitor raw material stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent production delays.
- Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks to optimize output.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding production progress and efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics departments to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to streamline planning and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate data records in the ERP or production management system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PPIC Staff or in a similar production planning role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with various departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management and production inventory control.
- Self-motivated with a high level of mental stamina and discipline.
