Are you a detail-oriented supply chain professional with a passion for the cosmetic manufacturing industry? Aulia Cosmetic Indonesia is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated PPIC Staff to join our production planning team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our production lines run smoothly, materials are readily available, and our output meets market demand.
As our PPIC Staff, you will bridge the gap between sales forecasts and manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for generating accurate master production schedules (MPS), managing work orders, and monitoring production efficiency to prevent bottlenecks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain effective master production schedules (MPS) aligned with sales requirements and production capacity.
- Create and monitor work orders to ensure production targets are met within specified timelines.
- Analyze inventory levels and calculate material requirements (MRP) to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Issue purchase requests for raw materials and packaging components in coordination with the Procurement team.
- Track daily production performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, and Quality Control departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Provide regular reports on production progress, inventory status, and shipment lead times to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Production Planning within the manufacturing sector (Cosmetics or FMCG experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tangerang, Banten.
