Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production plans based on customer demand and available resources
- Monitor and control raw material inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess
- Coordinate with procurement department to ensure timely availability of materials
- Analyze production capacity and adjust schedules to meet delivery deadlines
- Track production progress and identify potential bottlenecks
- Collaborate with quality control team to ensure production standards are met
- Prepare regular reports on production performance and inventory status
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or inventory control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and logistics
