Ega Wayang Garmindo is currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented PPIC Staff to join our production team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly by planning and controlling production schedules, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with various departments to meet delivery deadlines.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of supply chain logistics, manufacturing processes, and production forecasting. You will be responsible for translating customer demand into actionable production plans, optimizing resources, and ensuring that our output meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate production schedules based on sales orders and available capacity.
- Monitor daily production progress and adjust plans to mitigate risks or delays.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Manage Work-in-Process (WIP) inventory levels to prevent bottlenecks and minimize stockouts.
- Prepare periodic production reports and performance analysis for management.
- Liaise with the sales department to provide realistic lead time estimates.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce production waste.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Production Planning, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP software is highly preferred.
