Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence? We are currently seeking a dedicated PPIC Staff to join our manufacturing team in Sidoarjo. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between sales demands and production capacity, ensuring our workflows remain efficient, lean, and highly productive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for synchronizing production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and mitigating bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of goods. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, procurement, and production floor managers, to drive continuous improvement in our supply chain processes.
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable production strategies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and material availability.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to accommodate urgent orders or machine downtime.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure raw materials are available to meet production targets.
- Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks that may delay project timelines.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock rotation.
- Generate and present regular reports on production efficiency, output, and schedule adherence to management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce lead times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and production planning software (ERP/MRP systems).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data manipulation and pivot tables.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate team collaboration.
