We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical PPIC Staff to join our operations team in Jakarta Utara. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning of raw materials and finished products, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. You will act as the critical link between sales forecasts and inventory management, guaranteeing that the right materials are available at the right time to meet market demand.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze sales forecasts and market trends to determine accurate raw material and product requirements.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of stock.
- Monitor inventory levels daily to prevent stock-outs and minimize excess inventory costs.
- Generate and maintain production planning reports and schedules.
- Collaborate with production managers to align material availability with production targets.
- Update and manage master data within the ERP system to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock checks and resolve discrepancies immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, or Supply Chain roles.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
