Agro Boga Utama is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end administrative processes of the PPIC Mini Branch. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our production planning, inventory accuracy, and supply chain coordination, reporting directly to the PPIC Manager.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks related to the PPIC department to ensure operational continuity.
- Monitor and track raw material inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with the production team to execute daily production plans and schedules.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on production output, inventory movement, and material consumption for the PPIC Manager.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Support the documentation of operational SOPs and ensure compliance with branch standards.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and logistics teams to synchronize supply and distribution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Production Planning.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP/Inventory systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across different departments.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta Selatan.
