We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical PPIC Staff to join our production team in Grobogan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational workflow, ensuring that our production targets are met by meticulously balancing demand, capacity, and material availability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules based on sales forecasts and actual customer orders.
- Monitor production progress daily to ensure adherence to timelines and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage material availability and prevent supply shortages.
- Analyze production capacity versus demand to optimize machine and workforce utilization.
- Generate and present accurate production status reports to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to maintain optimal stock coverage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Production Planning within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between departments.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Ability to reside in or commute to the Grobogan area.
