Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization
- Monitor inventory levels across all supply chain stages to prevent stockouts or overstock
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production departments for material flow alignment
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and reduce holding costs
- Generate accurate production reports for management review and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all planning activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience in textile manufacturing or FMCG industry preferred
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
