Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules to meet customer demand while maintaining optimal efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to prevent stockouts and minimize excess waste.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor the shelf life and quality requirements of perishable seafood inventory to ensure strict compliance with standards.
- Generate accurate production reports and KPIs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth knowledge of production planning processes and inventory management techniques.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced food industry setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional departments.
