Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain integrated production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate raw material procurement to prevent stock-outs or overstock.
- Analyze production performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to align supply chain activities with market demand.
- Oversee daily inventory audits and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.
- Manage production capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Lead and mentor the production planning team to achieve departmental KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Management, or Production Planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local manufacturing software).
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and data management skills.
- Deep understanding of JIT (Just-in-Time) and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in Ngoro, Jawa Timur.
