PT Fonusa Agung Mulia is a leading manufacturing firm dedicated to delivering high-quality products. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PPIC Supervisor to lead our planning and inventory control department at our Cikande facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring our manufacturing processes are streamlined, cost-effective, and capable of meeting our market demands without interruption.
As the PPIC Supervisor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production planning cycle. You will translate sales forecasts into actionable production schedules, manage inventory levels to prevent bottlenecks, and ensure that raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) availability aligns perfectly with machine capacity. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can analyze complex data and provide real-time solutions to production challenges.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the PPIC department to ensure production targets are met.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials and packaging materials (RM/PM).
- Analyze production capacity and machine utilization to optimize manufacturing schedules.
- Coordinate closely with the Procurement department regarding material arrival timelines and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with the Production and Warehouse teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and finished goods.
- Conduct regular analysis of production variances and implement corrective actions.
- Generate and present accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production planning and inventory status.
- Supervise and mentor the PPIC staff to enhance departmental performance and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PPIC, preferably in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and production metrics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional team coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory control techniques and supply chain management principles.
- Willingness to be stationed and work on-site at our factory in Cikande, Banten.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
