Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production plans based on sales orders and forecasts.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock control measures.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the PPIC team to ensure high performance.
- Generate reports for management regarding production status and inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PPIC or Supply Chain roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
