Are you a seasoned supply chain professional with a passion for operational excellence? Technomed Asia is seeking a dedicated PPIC Supervisor to join our manufacturing hub in Bandung. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our customer demand fulfillment strategy, ensuring seamless synchronization between production capabilities and market requirements.
As our PPIC Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic planning team, spearheading the development of robust Master Production Schedules (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). You will act as the bridge between sales, procurement, and production departments, driving efficiency and minimizing downtime. We are looking for a data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to continuous process improvement within the manufacturing sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the planning team to ensure accurate execution of production schedules.
- Develop and maintain accurate Master Production Schedules (MPS) aligned with sales forecasts and inventory levels.
- Execute effective Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure zero stock-outs and optimized inventory turnover.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and production floor managers to resolve bottlenecks and resource constraints.
- Monitor production output against targets and initiate corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and lead-time improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PPIC within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle high-pressure supply chain challenges.
- Deep understanding of inventory management, lean manufacturing principles, and capacity planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
