Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage master production schedules (MPS) to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and mentor the PPIC team to foster high performance and professional development.
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with procurement to prevent production delays.
- Analyze production performance metrics and prepare reports for management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize material flow and reduce operational waste.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to oversee physical inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Manage the balance between factory capacity and sales requirements to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning processes, MRP, and supply chain management best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a production team.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight manufacturing deadlines.
