Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive material requirement planning (MRP) aligned with production schedules
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing carrying costs
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for seamless material flow
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems and SOPs
- Lead PPIC team through training, performance management, and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with inventory management regulations and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing and inventory optimization techniques
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian manufacturing regulations and logistics practices
