Mobil Anak Bangsa is at the forefront of the electric vehicle revolution in Indonesia. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized PPIC & Warehouse Manager to lead our production planning, inventory control, and logistics operations in our Demak assembly plant. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that our assembly lines are perfectly synchronized with material availability to meet our ambitious production targets.
You will oversee end-to-end warehouse processes, implement lean manufacturing principles, and manage stock accuracy for high-value EV components. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving sustainable transport solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules based on sales forecasts and material lead times.
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, distribution, and cycle counting to maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuring zero line stoppages for the assembly team.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and external suppliers to manage material incoming schedules.
- Implement and maintain ERP/MRP systems to track real-time production flow and material usage.
- Lead and mentor the warehouse team to ensure adherence to safety standards (K3) and operational excellence.
- Analyze production bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies to increase overall plant efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC and Warehouse Management, preferably within automotive or heavy manufacturing industries.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and inventory management software.
- Strong grasp of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Just-in-Time (JIT) production concepts.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume SKUs and coordinate complex logistics workflows.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
