Are you an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in the manufacturing or packaging industry? Adecco is currently partnering with a prominent manufacturing company in Surabaya to recruit a highly skilled and strategic PPIC & Warehouse Manager (Flexographic Printing).
In this dynamic leadership role, you will bridge the gap between production planning and warehouse operations. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of materials, ensuring that production lines run efficiently, raw material stock is optimized, and finished goods are safely stored and dispatched. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and optimize the Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) and Warehouse teams to achieve target KPIs.
- Develop and execute master production schedules (MPS) and material requirement plans (MRP) tailored to flexographic printing processes.
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, layout planning, and dispatching of raw materials and finished goods.
- Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems (FIFO/FEFO) to minimize waste, aging stock, and inventory discrepancy.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, and Production departments to align output capabilities with customer demands.
- Analyze supply chain metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives (such as Lean or 5S) to increase cost efficiency and spatial utilization.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all warehouse and storage areas.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in PPIC and Warehouse Management, ideally within the flexographic printing, flexible packaging, or plastics manufacturing industry.
- In-depth technical understanding of flexographic printing materials (inks, solvents, plates, substrates) and production flows.
- Proven track record of managing ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent MRP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving, negotiations, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven capacity to manage, train, and motivate a large operational team.
- Fluency in Indonesian; conversational English proficiency is highly advantageous.
