Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, review, and process essential Export-Import documentation including PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang) and PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang).
- Operate the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) system and Portal Customs for smooth declaration submissions.
- Determine accurate HS Codes (Harmonized System) for various commodities to ensure correct duty and tax payments.
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and trucking companies to monitor cargo movement.
- Liaise with customs officers and government agencies regarding permits, LARTAS (Restriction and Prohibitions), and inspections.
- Maintain comprehensive digital and physical records of all transactions for compliance and audit purposes.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in shipping documents or customs declarations promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Transportation, or a related field.
- Must possess a valid PPJK (Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan) Certification.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Exim documentation or Customs Clearance roles.
- Proficient in operating EDI systems and familiar with the latest Bea Cukai regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Export-Import procedures, Incoterms, and shipping legalities.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and basic professional English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines in North Jakarta.
