Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the precast concrete production line, with a specific focus on piling columns and structural components.
- Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules to ensure timely project delivery and minimize downtime.
- Enforce strict quality control measures to comply with national building codes and client specifications.
- Manage and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
- Monitor production costs and identify areas for efficiency improvement to maximize profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations (K3) on the factory floor at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in precast concrete production, construction management, or manufacturing supervision.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale production projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance (QA/QC) processes and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and motivate staff.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning software is highly desirable.
