Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations for corporate clients
- Analyze client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical proposals and solution architectures
- Provide expert technical support during pre-sales cycles and client evaluations
- Prepare detailed product documentation and technical specifications
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor technologies
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between technical teams and clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of presales or technical support experience
- Proficiency in product demonstration and presentation techniques
- Strong understanding of corporate IT infrastructure and solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Experience with technical documentation and proposal writing
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
