Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the national-plus curriculum.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment for children.
- Monitor and assess individual student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and growth.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school management to enhance educational programs.
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions among students.
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities to foster creativity and physical development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) or related field.
- Valid teaching certification (IGCSE, Cambridge, or Ministry of Education recognized).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Strong passion for working with young children and understanding child psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, growing environment.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
