Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain competitive pricing models for air, sea, and land freight forwarding services.
- Analyze market trends, carrier performance, and competitor pricing to ensure market competitiveness.
- Negotiate freight rates and service level agreements (SLAs) with global carriers and overseas agents.
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations for clients in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with operations and sales departments to resolve pricing queries and secure new business opportunities.
- Monitor and manage shipping margins to ensure company profitability targets are met.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of pricing strategies and carrier contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, specifically within a pricing or trade lane management role.
- Strong understanding of global logistics operations, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, with advanced data analysis capabilities.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international carriers.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
