Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage competitive freight rate structures for air, sea, and land logistics.
- Respond to rate inquiries from sales teams and clients with high accuracy and within strict turnaround times.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with carriers, shipping lines, and agents to secure preferred rates.
- Analyze market trends, fuel surcharges, and currency fluctuations to adjust pricing strategies dynamically.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure cost-efficiency and optimized routing solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive pricing proposals and tender responses for high-value logistics contracts.
- Monitor and report on monthly pricing performance and bid-win ratios.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding pricing or related roles.
- Solid understanding of international shipping incoterms, trade lanes, and freight market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build carrier relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- High level of analytical thinking and detail-oriented mindset.
