Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and financial analysis? Maxwide Logistics Inc is currently seeking a highly motivated Pricing Staff to join our growing team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our commercial success by managing complex export pricing structures, ensuring our quotations remain competitive, and streamlining communication between our sales and operations departments.
As a Pricing Staff, you will be responsible for monitoring volatile market rates, maintaining accurate internal rate databases, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. We are looking for an analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and has the ability to translate market data into actionable pricing strategies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and issue accurate export quotations to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Monitor global and local freight market trends to maintain competitive pricing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to align pricing models with customer needs and company profit targets.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure pricing is reflective of actual service costs and logistical capabilities.
- Maintain and update comprehensive rate sheets, carrier tariffs, and customer-specific pricing structures.
- Conduct regular audits of pricing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal financial standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on pricing performance, volume trends, and margin analysis for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics pricing, procurement, or export coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of freight forwarding/logistics industry terminology and cost structures.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling numerical data.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
