Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate and professional export quotations for Mandarin-speaking clients in a timely manner.
- Manage and update pricing databases, ensuring all freight rates and surcharges are current.
- Coordinate closely with internal operational teams to align pricing strategies with service capabilities.
- Monitor market rate fluctuations and competitor pricing to provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with international clients to resolve pricing inquiries.
- Analyze historical data to support the development of competitive shipping cost models.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and documentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; HSK certification is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for daily business correspondence.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or export/import pricing roles.
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail for handling complex rate sheets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
