Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging, inclusive PE lesson plans tailored to primary school curriculum standards.
- Promote physical literacy, motor skill development, and healthy lifestyle choices among students.
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages participation from all students.
- Incorporate elements of character building, teamwork, and spiritual growth into physical activities.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Organize and supervise school sporting events, field days, and extra-curricular athletic activities.
- Collaborate effectively with classroom teachers and school leadership to integrate holistic learning objectives.
- Maintain and manage physical education equipment and facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a relevant Education degree.
- Valid teaching certification or license from the country of origin.
- Proven experience teaching Physical Education at the primary school level, preferably in an international school setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and a student-centered approach to instruction.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students, staff, and the wider school community.
- Reflective practitioner with a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Ability to adapt to and respect the cultural nuances of an international school environment.
- Passion for promoting both physical health and holistic student well-being.
