- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school administration.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate the diverse needs and learning paces of all students.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and refine school-wide teaching strategies and curricula.

- Utilize educational technology to enhance the learning experience and keep students motivated.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting is preferred.
- Strong command of English and/or Indonesian (depending on curriculum requirements).
- Deep understanding of child development and modern pedagogical methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
