Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya is a leading food and beverage company in Indonesia, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Principal Fulfillment Officer to join our supply chain team.
In this strategic role, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment operations. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our fulfillment systems, specifically SLIM4, while ensuring that all master data is accurate and up-to-date. Your work will directly impact our ability to meet market demand, reduce waste, and optimize stock availability across our nationwide distribution network. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possesses a deep understanding of inventory optimization and supply chain data management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and conduct periodic reviews of fulfillment-related performance indicators.
- Ensure 100% accuracy and consistency in master data management within the SLIM4 system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve fulfillment bottlenecks.
- Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand trends and optimize inventory levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve fill rates and reduce stock-out incidents.
- Prepare regular reporting on fulfillment efficiency, lead times, and system health for executive stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to streamline replenishment processes and automated fulfillment workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment operations, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Proven expertise in managing automated inventory/fulfillment systems (SLIM4 experience is highly preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in advanced Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and data visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of demand planning, inventory control, and replenishment logic.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders across production and distribution.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
