You will work cross-functionally with production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to identify bottlenecks, implement lean manufacturing principles, and integrate cutting-edge technology into our production lines. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, design, and implement efficient production processes to maximize yield and minimize waste.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize labor and machine utilization on the factory floor.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate new equipment and technology to enhance production capacity and safety standards.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring process failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all processes strictly adhere to international safety and quality standards (ISO/Mattel internal policies).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Minitab).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate shop-floor teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated experience in data-driven decision-making and project management.
