- Manage and maintain accurate master data across all departments to ensure operational consistency
- Support warehouse operations by providing reliable, real-time data for decision-making
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement solutions
- Develop standardized data governance procedures and quality control mechanisms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data systems with operational needs
- Conduct regular data audits to maintain compliance with industry standards
- Document process workflows and create operational excellence documentation
- Lead data migration projects during system upgrades or departmental changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in data management or process optimization
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data visualization tools (SAP, Tableau preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing environments
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
