- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend solutions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) required
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process mapping tools
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams
