Shopee is seeking a dynamic and analytical Process Improvement Professional to join our Warehouse operations team in Bogor. As a key player in the Operations division, you will oversee the end-to-end logistics journey—optimizing the path from when a buyer searches for a product to the moment it reaches their doorstep.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing warehouse workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for operational enhancement.
- Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or 5S methodologies.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis on operational discrepancies and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Work closely with warehouse site managers to ensure process compliance and safety standards.
- Evaluate new warehouse technologies and automation tools to increase throughput and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in process improvement or warehouse operations management.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools; SQL knowledge is a significant advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work on-site in Bogor and adapt to a high-pressure, fast-growing environment.
