Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure consistency and compliance with established quality standards.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for any quality deviations during mass production.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Quality Control Plans, Work Instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Production, to optimize manufacturing workflows and reduce defect rates.
- Conduct regular process audits to identify bottlenecks, minimize waste, and improve overall product yield.
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) tools to monitor production trends and implement improvements based on analytical data.
- Train production staff on quality protocols and the importance of adherence to internal manufacturing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Process Quality Engineer, specifically within a high-volume manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality management systems.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and complex datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to be agile and adaptive in a fast-changing production environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
