ChemStationAsia is a leading name in the manufacturing and distribution sector, committed to operational excellence and sustainable supply chain practices. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Procurement Administrator to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services by managing purchasing documentation, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the procurement cycle from requisition to delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a deep understanding of manufacturing logistics. You will be the backbone of our procurement department, ensuring that our production lines are consistently supplied while strictly adhering to quality and cost-efficiency standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including the preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) and tracking order status.
- Maintain and update vendor databases, ensuring all documentation such as contracts, certificates, and price lists are current.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies in pricing, delivery schedules, or product quality.
- Perform regular market research to benchmark prices and identify cost-saving opportunities for raw materials and services.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports, expense analysis, and monthly budget reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Handle documentation related to imports, shipping, and logistics coordination when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support roles within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with vendors.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Fluency in Indonesian and working proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
