Join Hasilprima Multi Works as a Procurement Administrator and become an integral part of our supply chain operations. This role offers the opportunity to streamline purchasing processes while ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for creating and managing critical procurement documentation including purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate between multiple departments to maintain efficient procurement workflows. You'll play a vital role in maintaining vendor relationships, tracking order statuses, and supporting cost-saving initiatives while ensuring timely delivery of materials essential for our manufacturing operations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO) according to company policies
  • Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation and digital filing systems
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Monitor order status, track deliveries, and resolve procurement-related discrepancies
  • Assist in vendor management including evaluation, relationship maintenance, and contract renewals
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal control procedures
  • Support cost analysis and budget monitoring for procurement activities
  • Collaborate with finance department for invoice processing and payment coordination

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement administration or purchasing support
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and documentation standards
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and best practices
