Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing documentation including PO processing, invoice verification, and vendor contracts
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock availability
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities for raw materials
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate timely deliveries and resolve supply chain issues
- Analyze procurement data to identify savings opportunities and process improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure service quality and reliability
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing administration
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
