- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process inefficiencies
- Monitor and report on spend patterns across categories and suppliers
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives through market research and supplier evaluations
- Develop and maintain procurement dashboards for executive reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define procurement requirements and specifications
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct supplier performance analysis and relationship management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, SAP)
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and strategic sourcing
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Certification in procurement (CIPS, CPSM) is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
