Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the procurement team in daily administrative tasks and purchase order processing.
- Support market research activities to identify potential suppliers and conduct price comparisons.
- Help maintain and update the internal supplier database and procurement documentation.
- Participate in vendor performance evaluations and supply chain audits.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Assist in preparing reports on procurement metrics and inventory status.
- Support the procurement manager in negotiation processes and contract administration.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduate (Bachelor's degree) from Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong commitment to the full duration of the apprenticeship program.
