Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to final delivery and payment processing.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Conduct thorough market research and price analysis to ensure the most cost-effective and high-quality procurement decisions.
- Implement procurement strategies that streamline workflows and reduce lead times while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through periodic reviews and data-driven assessments.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and service-level agreements to optimize organizational spending.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards during the purchasing cycle.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on procurement metrics, budget variance, and savings for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics company.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage multi-vendor relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between operations and administration.
- Deep understanding of market trends, sourcing strategies, and supply chain logistics in Indonesia.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Lampung or South Kalimantan as required.
