Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the end-to-end procurement process for strategic raw materials, specifically dairy, oils, and ingredients for Magnolia Inc.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, assess market trends, and benchmark prices.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements and cost savings.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers, fostering collaboration and performance improvement.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and product quality, resolving any issues proactively.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including R&D, production, and quality assurance teams, to understand material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles, strategic sourcing, and vendor management best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
