Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and expand vendor databases specifically for IFM-related goods and services procurement
- Conduct RFQ/RFP processes and evaluate vendor proposals for compliance with requirements
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to maximize cost savings
- Monitor vendor performance and implement improvement initiatives
- Ensure procurement processes align with company policies and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with operational needs
- Track procurement budgets and provide regular performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in facility management or IFM
- Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software/ERP systems
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar certification preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance requirements
