Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic procurement policies to optimize cost-efficiency and supplier relationships
- Lead market research and identify new business opportunities across manufacturing/logistics sectors
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform procurement and business development strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams to align procurement objectives with broader business goals
- Implement digital procurement solutions to enhance process transparency and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in procurement and business development roles
- Proven track record of cost reduction and revenue generation in manufacturing/logistics
- Advanced negotiation skills with experience in complex contract management
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle) and CRM systems
- Strategic thinking with demonstrated success in market expansion and partnership development
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication and presentation skills
