Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes for MRO categories in compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Analyze spend data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of MRO goods and services.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon SLAs and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records for audit readiness and transparency.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, RFQs, and contract negotiations for MRO categories.
- Identify potential risks within the supply chain and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on procurement activities, savings performance, and operational KPIs to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) procurement lifecycle.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
