Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and audit procurement processes to ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
- Support the implementation and reporting of global sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives within the supply chain.
- Conduct regular supplier risk assessments and compliance audits to mitigate operational and reputational risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance checkpoints into the standard procurement lifecycle.
- Manage documentation related to vendor certifications, environmental compliance, and ethical labor standards.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management regarding procurement compliance KPIs and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate training sessions for procurement staff on updated compliance protocols and sustainability standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, compliance, or internal audit, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of local regulatory frameworks and international sustainability standards (e.g., ISO, ESG reporting).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify potential compliance gaps.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial setting.
