Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions
- Lead and mentor a procurement team, setting performance metrics and fostering continuous improvement
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers across multiple categories to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
- Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and service level agreements with key suppliers
- Monitor procurement KPIs including cost savings, supplier performance, and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and engineering departments to align procurement activities with operational needs
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, ethical sourcing standards, and corporate policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership/management role
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and category management within manufacturing or construction industry
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in commercial contract management
- Deep understanding of Indonesian market dynamics, regulatory environment, and supplier landscape
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication and presentation skills
