We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Procurement Department Head to lead our end-to-end supply chain purchasing operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement strategy, vendor management, and cost-optimization initiatives within our manufacturing and logistics framework. You will lead a high-performing team to ensure seamless operational continuity, mitigate supply risks, and drive significant cost savings through effective negotiation and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indonesian market, robust stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in complex supply chain environments. You will play a key role in shaping our procurement policies and driving digital transformation in our purchasing workflows.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and manufacturing requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end sourcing processes, from vendor selection and qualification to contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Manage departmental budget and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or lead times.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, legal standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity through strategic vendor relationship management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in procurement management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and transportation procurement cycles.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and large-scale contract negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
