In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and vendor management to contract negotiations and strategic cost-reduction initiatives. You will lead a dynamic team to ensure that our manufacturing facilities maintain a seamless supply chain, optimizing material availability while maintaining the highest quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with corporate objectives and production demands.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing procurement team to achieve operational KPIs.
- Negotiate complex contracts with local and international suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and supply reliability.
- Manage vendor relationships, conducting regular performance evaluations and implementing improvement plans where necessary.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to proactively mitigate risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards across all procurement activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, finance, and logistics departments to streamline the procurement lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 4 years in a managerial position within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement software (ERP systems like SAP/Oracle) and analytical tools.
- Proven ability to manage high-budget procurement projects and large-scale contract negotiations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Experience in managing international supply chains and multi-category sourcing.
